Follow the next procedure for the 2-factor authentication and let me know if it is working properly please! Make sure when to use either your laptop/computer or smartphone as indicated below in red!

If not, I can switch off the 2-factor authentication but it is safer with it than without!

Using up-to-date technology, we want to guarantee that our online platform and its data are safe. Therefore, from last season's start, we implemented a 2-factor authentication for ALL users. This means that your account will be safer and cannot be logged into by someone else because every user will require an authentication code generated by Google Authenticator.

How does it work?

• Download the “Google Authenticator” app on your smartphone (see screenshot below of the icon)
• Login with your login credentials as usual in P4P on your computer or laptop.
• You will now see a QR code, scan this code with the authenticator app of your smartphone. (you only have to scan this QR code once, from then it's stored on your device)
• Google authenticator will generate a code, enter this code in the login screen of your computer or laptop. You have 1 minute to do so, if not another code will be produced!
• You will now be logged in to your P4P account

This login procedure is only necessary once per day per device/location, meaning you would only have to use the 2-factor authentication once if you are logging in several times in one day!
